Durante los últimos años he sido consciente de que he estado guardando fragmentos de voces desencarnadas en mi teléfono, dentro de mi bolsillo. Voces en un proceso inmortal de llegar a ser Inmortales mientras mantenga a salvo mi teléfono y mi computador.
Este performance entrelaza la respiración orgánica y artificial a través de voces mediadas por la tecnología, pero que también emergen desde ese umbral. El hálito es lo que sintetiza lo espectral en materialidades más-que-humanas.

For the past couple of years Ive been aware that I’ve been keeping pieces of disembodied voices on my phone, inside my pocket. Voices in an inmortal process of becoming. Immortal as long as I keep my phone and laptop safe.
This performance entangles organic and artificial breathing through voices that are mediated by technology, but also emerge from that threshold itself. Breath is what synthesizes the spectral into more-than-human materialities.
[And I wonder if im starting to develop an affective relationship with my devices]
